One and Two Family New Home Start Application

The following is a list of items that are required to make application for the construction of a One or Two Family Dwelling in the City of Plymouth.

  1. Two sets of plans. ¼ scale preferred, Architectural type plans showing elevation and structural dimensions.
  2. A site survey completed by a Certified Land Surveyor, showing building setbacks, elevations and top of foundation elevation.
  3. Heat loss calculations. Hand written form or acceptable computer program.
  4. State of Wisconsin Building permits application filled out completely.
  5. Dwelling Contractor Certification Number or Owner signs a Cautionary Statement.

Submittal of above is to be done at one time.After submittal, anticipate a week (7 days) for the issuance of the permit.
