Department Overview
The Parks and Recreation Department was created in 1997 to oversee the following
areas in the City of Plymouth.

Ice Skating Rink

Nutt Ski Hill

Plymouth Aquatic Center

Plymouth Youth Center
-
Recreation Programs including Afternoon Baseball, Developmental Baseball, Cadet Leagues, Golf, Horizon Hardball and the Junior League

Recreation Trail

Plymouth's many parks which include playgrounds, development and the acquisition of land for more parks in the city.
The department looks after many parks in the City of Plymouth, with the help of the Public Works Department. We
also rent out Park Shelters and the Youth Center. Within the Parks and Recreation Department, parks include:
