The City of Plymouth Plan Commission will have a meeting on Thursday
July 3, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. in Room 305, City Hall, and Plymouth
Wisconsin.
The agenda will be as follows:
Acceptance of the minutes of the June 5, 2008 Plan Commission meeting.
Certified Survey Map: Lot line shift between 110 Fairview Drive and 116 Fairview Drive.
Concept plan for condominium project on east side of N. Pleasant View Road, Lot 10 of Wal*Mart Subdivision.
Concept plan for Magnolia Park, south side of Eastern Avenue, east of Pick ‘n Save.
Proposal to develop Liberty Business Condos, a condominium project for small businesses.
It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of
other governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance
at the above stated meeting to gather information; no action will be
taken by any governmental body at the above stated meeting other
than the governmental body specifically referred to above in this
